Pearly Powder Pack

A Range of Pearl Powders that are remarkably similar to the leading brand available from America.  Apply with a cotton bud or brush to a stamped image while still wet ( a Versamark pad works very well). For larger areas, paint first with the Pearly Tack and allow to dry, then apply the powder.

The iridescent colours are facinating materials as they change appearance depending on the base colour underneath and particularly noticeable if you use a rainbow ink pad
