Shopping is easy and secure at CPC. Just browse around the store and add the items you want to your shopping basket. When you are ready, click on one the 'Start Checkout' button and, if you are already registered, enter your email address and password into the form and proceed.
If you are a new customer, you need to register before you can buy. Simply click on the New Customer link and complete the details requested. We'll then send you an email with your login details on - please keep this safe. You can register at any time, even without buying anything and register to receive our monthly newsletter and other emails if you wish..
Finally, choose how you would like to pay - CPC lets you pay using almost any credit or debit card either over the phone, or securely online.
We will send you an email to confirm your order details, and another one when your order is packed and sent out to you. You can also track the progress of your order from Your Account.
You will need "cookies" enabled on your web browser to shop at CPC. Most web browsers, including Internet Explorer have this feature on by default, so you should have no problems. I have a discount voucher. How do I use it?
Using your discount voucher is easy. Once you have everything you need
in your basket and you are ready to purchase, hit 'Start Checkout' from
the basket page.
After logging in and proceeding through the page that confirms who you are and where we will send your goods (don't forget to tick the box where you agree to our terms and conditions), then hit 'Continue'. This will take you to a page where you select how you will pay, just below that is where you enter either your discount code or your gift certificate code, then continue to the next step - it's as easy as that.
If there was a problem, a message will let you know what was wrong. A common problem is confusing capital o and the number 0, or capital i and the number 1.
What payment methods does CPC accept?
We accept payment from most popular credit and debit cards,
including MasterCard, Visa, Maestro and Delta Cards
Can I pay online?
Yes! Our online payment system uses all the latest technology to ensure your transaction is secure. Use the CPC checkout and choose the "Pay Online" option when you are asked which payment method you would prefer.
Can I pay over the phone?
Yes! Shop like normal at CPC and when you are ready to pay, go to the checkout. When you reach the order summary page, you will be asked which payment method you would like to use. Just click on the "Pay by Phone" option, call us up and quote your order number. We can take your card details over the phone and complete your order.
How is my order delivered?
CPC uses DHL@Home or Royal Mail to deliver orders. DHL@Home is a special home delivery service from DHL that offers deliveries to residential addresses across the UK, at times that are convenient for you. Deliveries can be made between 7:30am and 9:00pm, ensuring it fits it with your busy schedule. If you are out when the first delivery attempt is made, you will be left a card and can call to arrange a suitable delivery time.
We also ship smaller and lighter orders using Royal Mail's first class delivery service.
How quickly is my order delivered?
We normally aim to dispatch orders within 2 to 3 working days. You can check our current dispatch times by looking at our home page. If part of your order is out of stock, we may dispatch the items that are in stock right away and send on the remaining items as soon as they are back in stock. You will not be charged any additional postage if we send your order in more than one part. If part of your order is likely to be out of stock for a while, we will contact you to give you the option of cancelling that part of your order.
Normally we expect items to be delivered in 3 to 5 days of dispatch if within the UK mainland, however we cannot guarantee delivery times and we cannot be held responsible for delays by the courier / postal service.
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
What are your postage and packing charges?
Delivery is FREE for ALL ORDERS OVER £10 (ten pounds), regardless of destination or weight providing the delivery address is on the UK mainland. For international and overseas postage, we will contact once we have received your order.
If you go to the View Basket page, the delivery costs for your order will be fully itemised, so you can see the total value of your order before you go through the checkout.
Where does CPC deliver?
We are able to deliver to most addresses around the world, but please note international deliveries do incur a charge for package and postage. Free delivery on orders over £10 can be sent to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. However, we are not able to deliver to the Channel Islands free of charge at this stage.
Incomplete orders and damaged goods
If your order arrives and some items are missing or damaged, then please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to resolve the problem. Please have your order number ready, as this will help us track your order more efficiently.

Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, you can return them to us for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Simply contact us for a Returns Number and send the goods back within 30 days of purchase. All goods and packaging must be in resalable condition. We will be able to refund you for the value of any goods returned to us.
Please note that we can only offer refunds for CD-ROMs if they are returned to us unopened and unused.
If you have received damaged goods or the incorrect items in your order, we will either offer you a full refund or a replacement. We will also refund any postage costs you incur, if the error was ours.
Please also note that if your order qualified for free postage and packaging, and you decide to return some items that would bring your order below the free postage line, we will refund your goods minus our standard postage charge of £nnn. In addition, if your order included a multibuy discount that you would no longer qualify for after returning items, the discount you received will be taken off your refund amount.
Under the terms of the distance selling regulations, you also have a 7 day cooling off period from the day you receive your order. During this time you can change your mind and cancel your entire order with us. You must contact us inside the 7 day period, in writing (email or fax can be used) to let us know that you want to cancel your order. When we receive all the goods back, we will be able to issue you with a full refund.

How does My Wish List work?
When you look at any product, there is the option to add this to your Wish List. Just click the text that says "Add to My Wish List". When you do this, you will be taken to a page that displays all the items in your Wish List - make sure you are logged in first. The aim of this is to let people know what you might want, such as your partner or friend, should a birthday be coming up, or just as an everyday gift for you.
In order to let people know what's in your Wish List, simply add their email address where it says "Manage My Wish List subscriptions" - you can add as many email as you like in here. This then makes up your list of 'subscribers', or people who you would like to know what is in your wish list.
To send a copy of your wish list to your subscribed email list, type a message in the text area below and press the ‘Send Wish List’ button. Your wish list will be sent to your list of email addresses.
When the person receives it, the email will appear to have come from Cherry Picking Crafts, so make sure you fill out the message box to avoid any confusion.
Cherry Picking Craft do not not save any of your information for our use, your privacy is secure, these are completely confidential.

How do I get my free downloads
Free downloads are available for customers who make a purchase. A link will be sent to them in their order confirmation email where they can download various papers and crafting images. These are updated each month. For more information, please read our Free downloads section in our newsletter area.
How do the Cherry Points work?
Cherry Points are awarded for every purchase made on the Cherry Picking Crafts site. For each pound spend, 10 Cherry Points are credited to your account, e.g. if you spend £11.19, you will be awarded 111 Cherry Points. You can redeem your points against future purchases made online.
